Friday's Finds :: a Miracle...indeed.

. ... .... ... .... .... .. ... ... .. ... ... .... .. ... .. .. ..
On Monday of this week, Aubrey brought home a little craft  which they made in school.  Cute!!
You've all heard the expression, the question;

What are you doing; watching the grass grow?
That is literally what we were doing this week.  Though, there was nothing boring about it... at all!  We actually really enjoyed watching the grass grow.  Sometimes I honestly thought I saw it happening right before my very eyes and then I'd turn around and still more blades would burst "alive" in green!
This was life... happening... right in front of our very eyes.
This was Monday's photo, taken the day Aubrey brought this home from Preschool.

~Wednesday AM~

And then, finally, today! With a little bit of water and sunshine, this is what it looked like by Friday!
A miracle indeed.
Friend.  So, is the Death and Resurrection of our LORD & KING.
The cross stands empty.

So does the tomb.
Can our hearts get any fuller - with joy? His presence? His peace?
Yes! there is always room for more of this.  And that, too, is a miracle indeed.
Friday's Finds :: a Miracle...indeed.

Have you Easter plans?  We're planning to spend most of our Resurrection Sunday with Scott's Mom who lives out-of-state.  We'll be taking my Mom along for the ride..
We're looking forward to a wonderful time together.

The angel said to the woman, "Do not be afraid, for I know
that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified.  He is not
here; he has risen, just as he said.  Come and see the place
where he lay."  ~ Matthew 28:5-6

Thank you for reading here!

    Have a wonderful week!
    Love, Kristin

  3. I'm storing this idea away for the Sunday School kids next year. What a neat thing for them to take home and watch just as Aubrey did. Hope your Easter was wonderful.
